After nearly 50 years in our community, NSBC is poised for a fruitful new chapter in ministry. We are equipping our people, rethinking our structures, reworking our worship, and implementing new initiatives with an eye toward reviving a solid, life-giving ministry . . . and we are excited for YOU to come lead us, as we follow the Lord into its full out-working!
Full-time. Candidates will have completed their M. Div. degree. Preference will be given to those seasoned in ministry (at least 5 years of experience, including leadership, teaching, preaching,
pastoral care, counseling). The position also requires strong communication, administration and relational skills. Musical ability and experience with youth/young adults is helpful.
Historic parsonage in a beautiful setting will be provided (includes pastor's study and utilities).
